“Million rubles for the first year of work in the countryside”: School of a young entrepreneur (novice farmer) started in Tatarstan

Today, a round table was organized at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is organized by the Agrarian Youth Association of Tatarstan, as part of the School of the Young Entrepreneur (novice farmer). During the meeting, development prospects in rural areas for young specialists in the field of agriculture were discussed.

The change of "Agrostartup" School of Young Entrepreneurs gathered 60 students of Kazan Agrarian University, Veterinary Academy and the Cooperative Institute. In three days, young people will learn the basics of business planning, drawing up an effective business plan and learning about youth support programs in rural areas. As part of the training, business trainings, round tables and visits to the sites of successful farmers in Tatarstan are planned. There they will talk about their own experiences and answer questions from students. Also, a competition of business projects will be held, the winner will receive a certificate for printing services for the brand of his product in the amount of 30,000 rubles. This was told by the chairman of the regional public organization "AMO RT" Dilyara Shuvalova, opening the event. She gave examples when, after passing through the School, young people applied for grants from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, received approval, and started their own business.

In a welcoming speech, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marsel Makhmutov addressed the children as colleagues, expressing confidence that the majority of those sitting in the hall are future entrepreneurs who decided to connect their fate with work in the agricultural sector. The deputy minister focused on the state support provided to novice farmers and the changing appearance of villages towards comfortable living and automation of heavy manual labor.

“I wish all those gathered fruitful work with the rich program of the School of Young Entrepreneurs and the successful implementation of their ideas in the future. You can contact the ministry with any questions. We are always ready to help, ”added Marcel Makhmutov.

Further, the Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Anna Zakhmatova, told about the conditions created for the development of youth.

A stormy response in the hall was caused by a statement by Renat Mamaev, Deputy Director of the Center for Competencies for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan, about where you can earn a million rubles faster. The guys from the audience unanimously concluded that it was in the countryside, since the resource potential here has not yet been fully realized. Renat Mamaev also expressed his willingness to help the guys in the implementation of projects, and provide ready-made standard business solutions that will allow you to earn a million rubles in 1 year.
