The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites you to the exhibition-fair “Gardener's Day - Bakcha 2019”
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites residents of the republic and the city of Kazan to the exhibition-fair "Gardener's Day 2019". The event will be held on September 21 from 8.00 to 14.00 at the site of the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park. Citizens will be able to buy agricultural products grown by gardeners, take part in various competitions and master classes. Horticultural non-profit partnerships of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as Almetyevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsky, Laishevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Pestrechinsky, Tukaevsky and Chistopol regions will bring fruits, vegetables, seedlings of fruit and berry trees and other products.
In total, over 900 horticultural non-profit partnerships are registered in Tatarstan. More than 1 million citizens use 376 thousand garden plots with a total area of 20 thousand hectares.
The ministry respects all those who grow crops on their land, instills respect for their children and grandchildren, and therefore pays great attention to the support of gardeners. In 2017–2018, more than 1 billion rubles were allocated from the republican budget to solve the problems of gardeners, 52 wells were repaired, 271 solid waste collection and disposal sites, 15.2 km of water supply, 64.3 km of access roads and 107 km of power lines were built. Work on the repair of engineering infrastructure facilities for horticultural and vegetable gardening associations is ongoing.
The republic has a program to co-finance SNT costs for the repair of internal infrastructure. The essence of the program is that, for example, for each thousand rubles spent on repairs, the state will add another two thousand rubles.
So, in 2019, 83.6 million rubles were allocated for co-financing the repair of internal facilities from the republican budget
Horticultural partnerships wishing to participate in co-financing programs for the repair of internal engineering infrastructure (power lines, water supply systems and internal roads) can apply to the land and property relations department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, and for external infrastructure (access roads, MSW removal sites, systems water supply) in the Executive Committee of their area.
Recall that this year, by the Decree of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 11, 2019, the first holiday was officially established - Gardener's Day, which will be celebrated in Tatarstan on the first Saturday of September.
