“Tatar Compound” hospitably opened its doors at the International Forum “Bread, You are the world” in Kaluga
The exposition of the Republic of Tatarstan opened at the International forum of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperation “Bread, you are the world”, which began today, September 19, in Kaluga in the ethnographic park museum Ethnomir.
The forum is attended by Rishat Khabipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Rashat Shaimardanov, Chairman of the Tatpotrebsoyuz.
Guests of the event are presented with the "Tatar Compound", where all objects are equipped with antique furniture, dishes and utensils. Consumer cooperative organizations and other enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan that produce products according to national recipes represent products of their own production in 4 malls. The highlight of the compound is the sweet "Spasskaya Tower" of the Kazan Kremlin, made of chak-chak, weighing about 20 kg.
On the opening day (September 19) and closing (September 21), guests of the Forum will be able to taste lamb shurpa for free, which will be cooked in the unique “Mongolian Samovar”.
Throughout the days of the forum in the courtyard, the State Folk Music Ensemble of the Republic of Tatarstan will organize a cultural program with Tatar national music and songs. The team of the Tatpotrebsoyuz, consisting of specialists from consumer societies in the Bugulminsky and Laishevsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, will take part in the Russian Open Cup of bakery. Also, a rally with trade services and the use of IT technologies will be held, where the Republic of Tatarstan will be represented by Alekseevsky union.
