Today, Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny hosted agricultural fairs organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Agricultural products were brought by producers from the municipal regions of the republic, as well as agricultural enterprises.
Here you can buy products such as meat, fish, milk, butter, honey, sausages, cheese, eggs, potatoes, vegetables, granulated sugar, flour, etc. at affordable prices. Halal products were also presented. However, each site was distinguished by its own characteristics. If the first buyers started coming to Batyrshin from 4a.m, and closer to six - agricultural products were already snapped up, then near the Salavat Cooper residential complex active trade began only at half past seven. Demand for products was also different everywhere, somewhere the grain was of special demand, and somewhere dairy products and vegetables. Sugar and flour were good at some sites, and potato, meat and fish were especially in demand at others.
The fairs were inspected by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolay Titov, deputy ministers, heads of municipal districts and heads of agricultural divisions and specialists of the ministry. They got acquainted with the range of products presented and their prices. In addition, all products have been checked by veterinary services.
Many customers left with full bags of products and said warm words of gratitude for organizing fairs. The opportunity to sell their own products was welcomed by farmers. “It is certainly nice to hear words of gratitude for your work,” say employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, who have been meeting farmers at the site since night, setting up tents, price tags, etc.
Organizing fairs requires a lot of work. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan treats them with great responsibility and the organization of such socially significant events will continue.
We are waiting for buyers at the agricultural fair next Saturday!
