News from the fields of Spassky District: Competitive spirit among combine harvesters has a positive effect on the pace of harvesting

Today, the head of Spassky district Kamil Nugaev, together with the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Savinov, awarded letters of thanks and valuable gifts to the leaders of the harvesting campaign in the district. They were Ilfat Arakaev (JSC "VZP Bulgar"), Vladimir Trifonov (JSC "Vanguard"), Andrey Statsenko (KFH Planin A.V.), Vladimir Zrullin (KFH Sinitsin A.A.), Rafik Yarullin (KFH Mukhametova A. D.), Alexey Spirchagov (peasant farm A. Mamonov), Firdus Zaynullin (Khuzangaevskoye LLC).

It should be noted that the competitive spirit among specialists has a positive effect on labor productivity and the pace of the harvesting campaign in the republic. There are a lot of people who want to be among the top 500 combine operators of the republic who will receive cash rewards from the Government of the republic.

Many of those who work today in the fields of the Spassky district are true masters of their craft and devoted to their profession for many years. So Rafik Yarullin has been driving a combine for more than 40 years, and Vladimir Zrullin proudly bears the honorary title of Honored Machine Operator of the Republic of Tatarstan.

To identify the best combine operators of the republic, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is constantly monitoring the work. According to data received, 820 combine harvesters are thrashing and 98 are harvesting bread. In total, 918 specialists compete for the title of "Best Combiner". In addition, additional incentive measures for machine operators are envisaged in the regions.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, on August 22, 19.5 thousand hectares were threshed in the Spassky District, which is 49% of the total harvested area, 47 thousand tons of grain was threshed, and the yield is 24.1 centners per hectare.
