Marat Akhmetov got acquainted with the harvesting process in the Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky and Mamadysh districts of Tatarstan

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov visited the Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky and Mamadyshsky districts of the republic in order to familiarize himself with the harvesting process.

After inspecting the fields, Marat Akhmetov met with the head of each of the districts, farm managers, farmers and heads of rural settlements, answered questions from specialists of agricultural organizations. The main topics of the dialogue were productivity indicators, grain prices, construction of access roads, subsidies to agricultural producers and fuel benefits.

The heads of districts told about the progress of field work. So, in the Pestrechinsky district, the harvested area is 27.2 thousand ha. To date, 13.7 thousand ha have been threshed, which is already 50% of the harvested area. 33.1 thousand tons of grain were harvested, the average yield is 24.2 c / ha. “Every day, 52 combine harvesters work in the fields of the district. After grain harvesting is completed, the district agrarians plan to immediately begin harvesting industrial crops. In parallel with the harvest, sowing of winter crops continues for the 2020 harvest. The planned sown area is 8.8 thousand ha. Eight farms in the district have already begun sowing winter crops. 9 units are working in the fields, including sowing complexes. In the fields liberated from grain crops, the main tillage is underway. To date, 13 percent of the planned areas have been processed, 12 units of equipment are working, ”Ilham Kashapov, the head of the district, reported.

Marat Akhmetov continued to further inspect the course of the harvesting campaign in the fields of the Rybno-Slobodsky District. The average yield in the region is 26.9 c / ha. Harvest area - 45.5 thousand ha. To date, 18.8 thousand ha have been threshed, which is 41% of the harvested area. 50.5 thousand tons of grain were threshed. “At the beginning of the harvesting campaign there were certain concerns, but in the last two weeks we are moving at a good pace. 90 combines are working in the fields. The moisture content of the grain has stabilized and even 13% comes from some fields. In 10-12 days, we plan to complete the cleaning, ”said Ildar Tazutdinov, head of the Rybno-Slobodsky District.

Marat Akhmetov noted that field work is constantly under the control of the ministry, responsible persons are assigned to each district. Last week, the progress of harvesting in the Rybno-Slobodsky District was inspected by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Khazipov. The Minister drew attention to the increase of livestock indicators and the good organization of the harvesting campaign in the area. At the end of the meeting with the population, Marat Akhmetov and Ildar Tazutdinov noted with cash certificates the leaders of the harvesting campaign.

The highest productivity among the areas inspected today is 40.6% in the Mamadysh district. In total, the harvested area here is 33.7 thousand ha. To date, 12.7 thousand ha have been threshed. 51.6 thousand tons of grain were harvested. The head of the district, Anatoly Ivanov, added that 90 combines are involved in the harvesting campaign. Because of the rains, the grain harvesting work began with a lag of 2 weeks, but this will not hinder to finish the harvest in time. With good weather, it is possible to complete grain harvesting by September 5-6.

“Despite the fact that the land is heavy in Mamadyshsky district, it requires a lot of work and considerable investments, this year for the first time in the history of the district, 40 centners of grain can be collected from 1 hectare,” Marat Akhmetov commented. In addition, the minister noted that it is necessary to develop the fields of the Omar zone.
