Schoolchildren graze cows and work on grain cleaning lines in Tukayevsky district
In the farm "Yarysh" of Tukaev district, as in almost all areas of Tatarstan, cleaning work has started. The farm mechanics are faced with the task of harvesting 1600 hectares. During the harvest, the KSU mower, Akros, Polesye combine harvesters and two Don harvesters will be involved. A commission from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan confirmed the serviceability and full readiness of all combines for harvesting. Each combine has its own mechanic and assistant. Assistants combiners have a driver's license and work experience in the fields. According to the head, this year is special, so every minute will be valuable during the cleaning. And the result will directly depend on the experience and professionalism of the staff.
Farm workers are preparing to take the first batch of the new crop. Once again was checked the serviceability of dryers. According to the head of the farm Rasim Shaykhattarov, grain moisture is high. So, grain dryers will operate at full capacity.
Schoolchildren also contribute to such a hot time. Of the 12 students employed on the farm, seven will be on the grain cleaning line during the harvest season. The other five students herd cows. Ernest Sharipov, Robert Adiev, Ruslan Karpov at this work is not the first year. Among them there are those who work the fourth summer. During this period they have already managed to master the basics of the shepherd profession. “This is a very demanding job. It is necessary to recognize every cow, not to lose sight of her: so that she does not go far, she does not overeat. You also need to take care of the watering, "- say the guys.
Young professionals have a significant financial incentive. The monthly salary is 20 thousand rubles, for which each of the children has their own plans:
“In June I already received my first salary. But I do not spend - I save. My dream is to buy a modern scooter, ”says 14-year-old Ernest Sharipov.
“I want to support my parents. They pay the loan, so I want to take the opportunity to contribute to the family budget, ”says 16-year-old Robert Adiev.
“With the money I earn, I want to update my wardrobe for the new school year. I will work for two months and buy the necessary school supplies, ”Ruslan Karpov shared his plans.
According to the head of the farm, the employment of schoolchildren is a very important event. Children see and understand the complexity and responsibility of working in the village. Respect is growing, comes a personal understanding of the working professions. And most importantly, the problem of personnel is solved.
