This was announced today by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Akhmetov, at a working meeting with grain-receiving enterprises.
First Deputy Minister Nikolai Titov reported on the readiness of the material and technical base of grain-receiving points and elevators of the republic for the acceptance of grain.
The previous week, the Ministry's employees checked the regions for condition of combines, grain-current equipment at agricultural producers, and also checked the readiness of the material and technical base of the HSP and elevators to accept the harvest.
In his report, the First Deputy Minister focused on the occupancy of storage facilities. “Last year, the total amount of harvested grain in the test weight was more than 3.5 million tons, and the annual volume of grain harvesting and elevators amounts to an average of 1.6 million tons, that is 70%, with storage capacities of 2.3 million tons grain, "- commented Nikolai Titov.
“I would especially like to draw your attention to the fact that in the current year a soft loan is issued for the purchase of grain for further processing. It is necessary to take advantage of this, ”said Nikolai Titov.
More about the possibility of obtaining a concessional loan at a rate of up to 5% per annum, as well as other instruments for financing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, was told by the director of the Rosselkhoshbank for RT Lyalya Kudermetova.
“Due to the death of winter crops on an area of 230 thousand hectares, this year many agricultural producers have moved over a large area of winter crops, 60% of wheat and rye have been preserved for harvesting. But the shortage of rye for the milling industry is of particular concern to us. In general, in the Russian Federation, in comparison with 2010, the area under this culture has decreased by 2 times. (For reference: in the current year, the rye area in the Russian Federation amounted to only 0.9 million hectares (in 2010 - 1.8 million hectares). In the republic, only 59% of the sown area or 80 thousand hectares of winter rye remained in the country (seeded from the autumn on 135 thousand hectares). The situation is similar in the neighboring regions. In addition, this year the grain stocks (rye, wheat) from the intervention fund are sold out completely.
During the meeting, Marat Akhmetov informed that in order to stimulate agricultural producers for the delivery of grain, the Ministry agreed on subsidies at the rate of 1.5 thousand rubles per ton of grain.
“High-quality and timely cleaning is a question not only to farms, but also to grain-receiving enterprises. It is necessary to provide a fast and uninterrupted mechanism for receiving, drying, cleaning and harvesting grain, not only from large farms, but also from farmers. Harvesting food grains for baking is a top priority, ”Marat Akhmetov emphasized.
