On July 3, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Talgat Tagirzyanov held a round table on the theme “Updating the fleet and measures aimed at improving the quality of the equipment supplied to the agro-industrial complex” .
Opening the event, Talgat Tagirzyanov noted that the potential of the machine-tractor fleet of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan allows to ensure that all technological operations are carried out in optimal time with their high-quality repair, maintenance and efficient organization of work.
The round table was continued by the report of the head of the department of engineering and technical support of the AIC of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Bulatov. He said that the energy supply at the beginning of this year was 163 hp. on 100 hectares of crops. The value of the indicator increases due to stimulating measures and technical policies aimed at using the energy-rich equipment. Over the past 5 years, 1,700 tractors, 1,000 combines, and about 20,000 units of other machinery and equipment have been purchased.
State technical modernization programs continue to work. In the current year, 156 tractors, 46 grain and 13 forage harvesters and about 700 units of other equipment, including 160 units of equipment worth 360 million rubles were drawn up for Rosagroleasing; 336 units of equipment worth 890 million rubles were acquired under the Federal Program “1432”. 400 households benefited from budget support for the purchase of agricultural equipment under the 60x40 republican program, 1,543 units of machinery and equipment worth more than 3 billion rubles were subsidized, and also leasing payments amounting to 802 million rubles. Budget support amounted to 1.3 billion rubles.
Also during the round table, an approaching harvesting was mentioned. The Republic has all the capabilities for the timely conduction of the harvesting campaign. The potential allows threshing on 58 thousand hectares under favorable weather conditions and to complete the cleaning within a month.
During the event, they also informed that starting from July 15, the entire cleaning complex will be taken in to the farms, and asked those responsible to prepare. In the course of the event, a discussion of occupational safety standards at agricultural enterprises and prevention of industrial injuries was held.
