Sabantuy is a celebration of work, in which the beautiful customs of the people, their songs, dances, rituals merge together, but, above all, this is the “plow festival” that marks the completion of spring field work. Therefore, it became a good tradition to congratulate the workers of the land on this holiday. So, on June 8, on the Maidan Sabantuy in the Chistopol District, the best machine operators of the region were honored.
This year, according to the results of the sowing campaign, mechanics Radik Nugumanov from the farm “Zakamye-Agro”, Ayrat Miftikhanov from the farm “Rodnik” and Ramzis Gayfutdinov from the farm “Akbulat” became the best of sowing, "batyr".
All of them are very modest, laconic, with restraint and without excesses they tell about themselves, their difficult profession. People of work, they are not used to talking a lot, it is easier for them to drive their vehicles and complete the task.
Radik Nugumanov despite the holiday is on the field. Despite the fact that the sowing campaign is over, there is no time to relax. Now he is busy with steam treatment of the soil, then it is necessary to prepare the equipment for harvesting, sowing of winter crops.
Radik Rashitovich has been working as a mechanic for more than 15 years. Over the years, several times he has been awarded with the letters of thanks, district and republican awards.
“At first it was hard, but eventually I got involved and got used to it. Now I can not imagine my life without technology and fields. Yet it is nice to know that your work is noticed and appreciated, ”admits Radik Rashitovich. By the way, he shared his love to this work with his son Dinar. For several years now, he has been working with his father, daily contributing to the future harvest with his efforts.
Ayrat Miftikhanov, the mechanic of the Rodnik enterprise, who since 15 years has been tilling the land and harvesting, says:
“It’s not easy, sometimes you have to work late, but I worked on my native land in difficult times, and now I won’t leave anywhere,”
Over the long years of work, he has been among the foremost agricultural workers. The main secret of high results Ayrat Miftikhanov calls the ability to think in advance, prepare the units in advance.
“The success of planting depends on the quality of repair work. I myself prepared all the units for planting. If there was a breakdown, I did not leave in the morning, but I tried to complete the repair, even if I had to work all night, ”admits Airat Hamatkhanovich.
Ramzis Gayfutdinov began working in his native village 28 years ago, immediately after serving in the army. First, on the combine, and later - on the active unit. For many years, the mechanic with experience has not given up the position of the foremost. Villagers know him as a hardworking, responsible person.
“In order to achieve good results, the well-organized work of the whole team is important. Someone is preparing the soil, harvesting seeds, and someone is sowing, feeding, harvesting, ”says Ramzis Minshakovich. - We are on the field from dawn to dusk, this is not easy. But the most important thing is that you need to love your work, and then all the difficulties will be vincible. ”
