212 civil servants of the ministry passed the certification
Every civil servant is obliged to undergo attestation once every three years in order to determine his compliance with the occupied civil service position. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan strictly monitors the implementation of legislation.
To certify civil servants, an attestation commission is formed, which includes the leadership of the ministry and independent experts.
When conducting certification, the head of a civil servant provides a motivated feedback on the performance of job responsibilities for the certification period. Information about the assignments and draft documents prepared by the civil servants for the attestation period, contained in the annual reports on the professional performance of the civil servant, and, if necessary, an explanatory note of the civil servant to the direct supervisor.
According to the results of the certification, held from January to May 2019, the certification commission made a decision on the compliance of the civil service of 212 civil servants of the Ministry, including the apparatus and departments of agriculture and food in municipalities.
