Construction of the wholesale-distribution center "Yelabuga" began in the Yelabuga district
As part of a working visit to the Yelabuga district, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov took part in the solemn ceremony of launching the construction of the wholesale distribution center "Yelabuga".
The project is implemented by the Construction and Development Romex Group, which has exclusive rights to build and operate warehouse facilities for the X5 Retail Group.
“Today we are launching the construction of the wholesale distribution center Yelabuga,” Rustam Minnikhanov said at a ceremony. - Another similar project is already on the final stage - in the Zelenodolsk district, where the area is twice as large. This project - in the Yelabuga district - also requires about 1 billion rubles of investment. I am sure that Romex, as well as in Zelenodolsk, will promptly complete this work. 150 new jobs will be created. And, of course, it is also an opportunity for our manufacturers to get into the federal retail chains that work with the Romex company.
In conclusion, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “I support these projects, because today new markets for our producers are the new opportunities. Therefore - good luck! ”

The opening of the wholesale distribution center "Yelabuga" will allow local food producers to deliver their products to federal retail chains.
