The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training seminar on the specifics of accounting and reporting in agricultural consumer cooperatives
On April 25, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and the state budgetary institution “Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan” held a training seminar for accountants and chairmen from 29 municipal districts of the republic on accounting and reporting features in agricultural consumer cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was opened by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food, Rishat Habipov, who emphasized the relevance of properly reflecting business processes in accounting. He particularly drew attention to the cooperatives that receive grants from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, which, due to erroneous actions in accounting, may become a subject to penalties.
The seminar was continued by experts in the field of taxation and accounting. Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Kazan Cooperative Institute; Associate Professor Ilkhamiya Minnekhametova; Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Private Educational Institution of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Studies Tatyana Terekhova and teacher of Kazan Agrarian University Valentina Petrova answered the most complex and topical questions of the audience. One such issue was the formalization of contractual relations between shareholders and cooperatives.
At the end of the event, the participants had the opportunity to receive expert advice on an individual basis. As a result of the event, it was decided to organize an individual consultation for each participant who left his questionnaire for subscription services in the Center for Competences for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan, whose main task is to systematize the work on the development of agricultural cooperation, information and consulting and methodological assistance to cooperatives and peasant (farmer ) households, their support in the preparation of documents for obtaining subsidies from the federal and regional budgets.
