Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a plenary session of the Republican Forum of Rural Youth "Support for youth initiatives is the basis for the development of rural territories of the Republic of Tatarstan" chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov and with the participation of the Chairman of the Agrarian Youth Association RT Dilyara Shuvalova, Minister of Youth Affairs RT Damir Fattakhov, Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Ecology, the Environment, Agriculture and Food Policy Hadeeva Tahir, deputy chairman of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" Vladimir Kozonkova and Chairman of RT AMO, young heads and deputies of rural settlements, young entrepreneurs working in rural areas.
Marat Akhmetov addressed the present with the words: “The future of the village is in your hands. I am very glad that many young people today live in the countryside, work and find themselves and their vocation here. ” During the event, the Head of the Ministry listened attentively and resolved the pressing problems of public figures and young entrepreneurs from the villages of Tatarstan.
Director of the Manausky House of Culture of the Aznakaevsky District Gulnaz Islamova spoke about the ongoing community activities in the village and modern methods of motivating young people. On behalf of all young families, she asked to develop housing programs in the village and launch the Zemsky Teacher program, similar to the existing Zemsky Doctor program.
Marat Akhmetov noted that indeed, the basis of everything is housing. “Today there is an imbalance: 80% of housing is not built in the city, and the existing social mortgage program for rural residents is not available. Preservation of youth in the village in such conditions is impossible. People have the right to live and work where they feel better and more comfortable. We cannot force them. We must create decent living conditions in the countryside”, he explained. It should be noted that the Government of the Republic on the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, develops a specialized program to provide the population with housing in the countryside.
Then, during the event, the chairman of the Mendeleev branch of the AMO RT and the young farmer Artem Meseev spoke on the role of young farmers in the development of the village. “I love my village and with my own example I want to show my fellow villagers that you can build a successful business here,” he said and thanked the Ministry for the grant programs for young farmers, one of which he was taking part in this year. Artem Meseev engaged in poultry farming and grows, introducing to the work of two sons. There is no easy business . Speaking about the problems faced by his farm, Artem Meseev spoke about the existing difficulties with the sale of products. Marat Akhmetov, being actively involved in the discussion, ordered to organize the sale of the products of a young farmer through the agricultural cooperative of the region and the Agropark in Kazan. The minister also supported the project of a young man for the construction of modular poultry houses.
During the event, a number of other topical issues were discussed, the forum participants asked questions, voiced problems and looked for ways to solve them. At the end of the forum, took place the awarding and presentation of cash certificates to winners of competitions for the implementation of submitted projects.
