Almetyevsk schoolchildren visited the "Academy of Dairy Sciences"
Informative excursion to the dairy complex of AO named after N. Ye. Tokarlikov was made by pupils of the 8th grade of school N24 during the holidays. They got acquainted with the work of the modern complex - one of the largest in the south-east of the republic.
Today, in Almetyevsk district, active work is underway to attract the younger generation to agricultural production and agricultural professions.
With the participation of the General Director of the enterprise Nail Usmanov, the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food Fanisa Sharafeev, livestock specialists, livestock breeders, the schoolchildren familiarized themselves with the daily work of a super-modern and high-tech economy. Before the tour, they were told the history of the construction of the dairy complex and familiarized with safety regulations.
Wearing masks, robes, gloves and shoe covers, the children were surprised when they got into a clean and comfortable barn. With curiosity, they examined the buildings of the farm, visited the maternity ward, two barns, a dairy unit, three calf houses, a deadwood unit, where they contain heifers. In the laboratory, the guys were told and shown how to check the quality of milk: fat, acidity and other indicators. Schoolchildren were interested in the salary of workers. They were quite surprised to hear that it is quite high here - more than 38 thousand rubles.
In total, the dairy complex today has more than 1.5 thousand cows, the milk yield is more than 30 thousand kg per day. Experts told schoolchildren that 60 thousand packages of yogurt, 1.5 thousand kg of butter and 10 thousand kg of cottage cheese can be produced from this amount of milk per day. Cows are fed only natural foods rich in vitamins. And they also listen to classical music, which improves their mood and increase milk yields. Also, cows are very fond of massage: for this they alternately approach the brushing massager, which operates around the clock.
At the end of the meeting, schoolchildren shared their impressions. Dinar Gilfanov said he was delighted. “I had no idea that the farm could be so modern and high-tech. Everywhere is sterile purity, there is no even a smell. I feel proud for our Almetyevsky district. I was pleased to be in the dairy complex, and I also liked to feed the calf, ”said the student.
