Marat Akhmetov held a press tour of the Agroprompark and congratulated media representatives on International Women's Day

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov with Agroprompark's general director Oleg Vlasov held a press tour of the Kazan Industrial Park.

As part of the event, Marat Akhmetov walked through the trading halls and production departments of Agroprompark, personally communicating with residents and customers.

There are entrepreneurs who work in Agropark since its opening, such as Gulfira Tukhvatullina. “I like working here. Сonditions are very good. There are many regular customers. They know that our goods are always fresh and of high quality, - says Gulfira Tukhvatullina.

Local produce is in great demand in Agropark. So today there is a queue for vegetables of the greenhouse complex "May". After talking with customers, Marat Akhmetov instructed to expand the points of products’ sale.

“In 5 years, the complex has realized itself as an important food platform, where the entire technological chain is implemented - from agricultural producer to final consumer ”. Today, there are 287 residents working here. 1200 jobs were created, the turnover on the site amounted to 1 billion 600 million rubles. The complex has 22 food processing industries with a production volume of 7,500 tons per year”, said Oleg Vlasov during the visit to the processing shops.

After an entertaining tour, guests were invited to the table, where they could try the products presented at the Agropark. During the informal conversation, Marat Akhmetov answered the questions that worried journalists and congratulated media representatives on the upcoming holiday - International Women's Day.

“Your work is very important and difficult. Behind each plot or article is a global work on the study of the issue, checking the facts. After all, the public opinion that will emerge depends on your reliable submission” , Marat Akhmetov noted.

“With your everyday work, you solve issues of national importance. You attract public attention to problems of the population. And here you have a big responsibility, ”added the Head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, noting that he personally follows all publications and stories about agriculture.

At the end of the event, Marat Akhmetov warmly thanked the journalists for their hard work, wishing them happiness, health and success in their work.
