Today, the hero of our “Labor People” column is Shamil Khalilovich Galiullin. Today he is a veteran and deputy director of Lenin Experimental Production Facility in Tyulyachinsky District of Republic of Tatarstan (now its Tyulyachi Agro LLC).
Shamil Galiullin was born 8 of February,1949 in the village of Saush, Sabinsky District. Shamil Khalilovich began his career after graduating from high school in 1967 as a turner of the Gorky plant in Zelenodolsk district of TASSR. From 1973 to 1980 he worked as a chauffeur and car mechanic in Khanty-Mansiysk. For more than seven years, he traveled many kilometers of vast expanse of the country. During his work, he ensured the maintenance of cars in proper condition, their technical serviceability, and also monitored the observance of rules of technical operation. Shamil Khalilovich introduced measures aimed at eliminating downtime, premature returns due to technical faults. He supervised the provision of fuel and lubricants, timely maintenance and storage of machinery, supervised compliance with rules and standards of occupational health and safety, production and labor discipline, internal work regulations, industrial hygiene and fire protection.
Upon returning to his native land in 1980, he continues his favorite work as a chauffeur on the Komsomolets collective farm in Zelenodolsk District of the TASSR. In 1998, he began working on Experimenatl Farm named by Lenin of Tyulyachinsky District of Republic of Tatarstan.
For all his career, Shamil Khalilovich in 1997 awarded the Certificate of Honor of OPH. In 1993 and 1998 he received the Certificate of Honor from the Head of Tyulyachinsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as in 1997 he got the gratitude of the President of Republic of Tatarstan. And yesterday he celebrated his anniversary of 70 years. We wish him happy birthday!
