Hardworking Khanov family from Tukaevsky district

5 February 2019, Tuesday

Today, much attention is paid to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside. Currently, in each district there are people who have started their own businesses and successfully develop them. The Khanov family is one of them.

When Renat and Gulnur Khanov set up a manufacturing in the village of Kalinino, Tukayevsky District, their home became the first on today's Polevaya Street. Now there is a dozen of good brick houses on the street. A three-kilometer asphalted road leads to Kalinino, there is gas, water, electricity. The place where it all began. It was here, in Kalinino, that the Khanovs passed through all difficulties. The path was difficult and long. Three decades! And the lollipops were made, and the cattle were engaged, and the sheep ... The main thing is the love of spouses, mutual respect and support of each other.

The family of Khanovs has six peasant farms - a real informal cooperative, where everyone helps each other. Chulpan - the eldest daughter has two entities, the life from a human physician made her a doctor for birds. She is a zootechnician and a veterinarian at the same time; drawing up rations for all family farms, vaccination, prevention and treatment of poultry are on her. Her husband, Mikhail, is a manager at the senior Khanovs' farm. The youngest daughter, Gulnara, who grew up by the parental business, has economic and veterinary education, keeps accounting and statistical records. Right there, her husband, Valery, is also an expert. The middle daughter Aigul has two higher educations; for 16 years she lived and worked in Kazan. Own apartment, measured life in the capital city, two days off, dust-free work ... And suddenly she returned. Where? To the village, to chickens, ducklings, to farm and manure, to experiences and risks that accompany any agribusiness. What made her change the seemingly settled life so abruptly?

“I came to the village on maternity leave,” Aigul admits. - And once I found out that there was an abandoned farm for sale not far from the parent village, in Biklyani. We arrived in Biklyani with Gulnara, with father and mother — and saw one and a half corpses overgrown with weeds. But something sank in our hearts. By this time, having lived for some time in the village, I got used to think that I would stay here. This all is mine: the village, nature, tweet, farm smells. And a big friendly family of Khanovs: father with mother, sisters, numerous nephews. And such a chance ...

Aigul took a chance together with her sister Gulnara in 2015. They both registered their own farms, and began to restore the farm with the help of their parents. Today, six buildings here are filled with young birds. By spring, chickens will grow up, gain weight, and there will be too much buyers for them. Recently, the Khanovs took out a loan and bought another building of an unattended farm. At the same time, 300 hectares of land in the district were leased for 49 years.

“Life made me tense up,” explained Aigul. - Money for some reason does not fall from the sky. But these two filled corps are now my guarantee of loan repayment.

But there is one more explanation for such a rapid start-up rate in New Musabay. The daughters have been taught by their parents. And the purchase of chickens, and their transportation, and conditions of housing, feeding and watering, climate control in the premises, etc. - all this is already explained by their father and mother.

Bird business, whatever one may say, is not easy. But the eldest grandson Arthur is not afraid of risk, he created his own farm in the village of Verkhnye Pinyachi in the Zainsky district. Arthur is 25 years old, but we can already say about him - this is an experienced specialist. Because like his parents and beloved aunts, he went through a large school of old-fashioned business. It’s no joke to say that in the 7th grade they already trusted him on a DT75 tractor to plow a field. An engineer by education, now no sudden problem on his long journey through the regions of Russia will take him by surprise. Nothing will set him unsolvable tasks. And the poultry industry itself is his business. Take at least a feed mill: everything that is supposed to be on the ration is here. Suppose this is not the same as that of the grandfather, who has grain reserves and various additives for the whole season, but the level of feeding is also at the proper height.

And now is the time, perhaps, to name the results of the production activities of the numerous Khanov family. They have grown and sold 850 thousand heads of chickens, ducks and geese last year! This is comparable to results of an entire industrial poultry farm. This year they set the task to double the volume, due to an increase in production space.

“The Khanov family seems to us as the center of future cooperative construction, which will cover not only the farms of the Tukaevsky district, but also, possibly, the neighboring ones,” shares the plans of the Association of Farmers, Peasant Homes and Agricultural Consumer Cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan Kamiyar Baitemirov. - This will widen prospects for the further development of both farmer and personal subsidiary farms in Zakamye. So, it will be necessary to build a feed base. So why not build a large feed mill on the territory of Khanovy farms?

These horizons open up thanks to Khanov family work results.

“There was place for everything in our life” Gulnur Safinovna recalls, “but it is important that Renat and I never unclenched our hands, so holding hands we went through all the adversities together.” And we survived and won! Our family is our strength!

Renat Hanifovich and Gulnur Safinovna are now retired. Therefore, while continuing to work, they are very pleased with the result achieved, since today behind them is not only a strong, developing, profitable family farm, but also a worthy continuation of their business by their daughters and grandson ...
