Courses of effective management of agribusiness for heads of farms.

From 5 to 7 February advanced training courses will be held for heads of peasant farms, participants of programs “Support for beginning farmers”, “Development of family livestock farms”, “Development of cooperation”. Training is organized with the support of Ministry of Agriculture of Republic of Tatarstan, on the basis of the Tatar Institute of Agro Business Personnel Retraining, under the program “ Effective management of agribusiness in small business. ”

Rishat Khabipov, Deputy Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Republic of Tatarstan, Alexander Molokin, Head of the Small Business Development Department, Fanis Rafikov, Deputy Head of the Enterprise Restructuring and Agribusiness Development Department, Kamiyar Baytemirov, Chairman of the Tatarstan Association of Farmers and Peasants, and teachers of the Institute will speak at the audience.

Representatives of the Ministry will tell about measures of state support for small business forms that make up the effectiveness of rural economy and regulatory framework for creation and activity of farms.

The course participants will also study the issues of nutrient deficiency and protection from agricultural stresses during the growing season and characteristics of tillage in crop rotations.

It should be noted that soil fertilizer is the basis for obtaining high yields of agricultural crops and replenishing of mineral elements to the soil. Fertilizers not only increase the yield, but also improve its quality: the content of sugars, fats and proteins raises, as well as biologically active substances. In addition, the provision of adequate plant nutrition is one of the main methods for producing a decent crop, even in dry summer conditions.
