Preparation of equipment for field work in Baltasinsky district
Last week, a seminar-meeting on preparing machinery for field work in 2019 was held in Baltasinsky district with participation of the head of the agricultural department Firdaus Nabiullin, heads of organizations and farm engineers.
The practical part of the seminar-meeting was held at “Yana Tormysh” LLC. Using the example of this farm, the meeting participants familiarized themselves with the quality preparation of agricultural machinery for the upcoming spring field work. To the date of 31 January 65% of the tractor fleet in Baltasinsky district was prepared, 70% of which were imported tractors. Also 80% of harrows, 60% of seeders, 65% of cultivators and sowing complexes were repaired by - 80%. In the area, 145 workers work every day and there are 36 working points for the repair of machinery. Repair of tractors, combines and complex equipment is carried out in 26 repair shops, also there are 22 maintenance points.
By recommendation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Republic of Tatarstan, sowing and tillage machines should be fully prepared before April 1, forage harvesting machines - before May 10, grain harvesting equipment - before July 1, 2019. Now the primary task of the engineering service is to carry out timely and high-quality repairs to existing agricultural equipment in the area.
The repair of machinery has already been completed by Surnay LLC, Yakty Yul LLC, Yana Tormysh LLC, Kama Agricultural Production Complex. Trud LLC, Kyzyl Yul Joint-Stock Company and Arbor LLC are working at the forefront.
It should be noted that Baltasinsky Agricultural Department organized training for machine operators to improve their professional training, as well as labor protection. It will be held from 11 February to 29 March.
