“Agrosila-Moloko” starts producing “halal” goods

A dairy plant of “Agrosila” holding company launches manufacturing of halal dairy products in March 2018. The first dairy product to be manufactured will be milk. At first, Tatarstan citizens will taste the products. Later it is planned to extend the range of the products and the sales geography.

“It is not for the first time when we pay special attention to the fact that “halal” products are a trend of the modern society and are getting popular not only inside the religious community. “Halal” certification means a special control over the quality of products and careful selection of the raw materials needed for production. In 2018 we are going to modernize “Agrosila-Moloko” production complex and to broaden the product range, - said General Director at AO “Agrosila” Svetlana Barsukova.

As of today, at “Agrosila-Moloko” 102 kinds of products are manufactured from cow milk distributed from Tukaevo, Zainsk, Sarmanovo and some other municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. Special quality control and safety control over each production lot, as well as quality control over 100% of raw materials are carried out by 3 laboratories of the factory. Manufacturing capacity of the factory on milk processing is 210 tons per day, the one on ready-products manufacturing – is 125 tons. By 2028, “Agrosila-Moloko” is going to increase the daily production output up to 800 tons, which will enable to become the milk market leader not only in Tatarstan but also all over the Volga Region.
