A videoconferencing session on concessional lending took place in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

A videoconferencing session on 5% easy-term loan for AIC in 2018 was held by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, representatives of authorized banks in the districts, deputy heads of municipal districts, etc. also took part in the session.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov reported on the results of All-Russia session on concessional lending in the sphere of AIC and the present day situation in the republic. “In 2018 easy short-term loans will be given to agricultural producers inly. The limit in the republic is 1,024.31 million rubles, which enables to get easy-term loans amounted to 15 billion rubles. The majority of credits will be used for organization of spring field work: purchasing of petrol, fertilizers and plant protection products, seeds and spare parts. Authorized banks are to make up the register of lendees within 3-5 days to sign it in the ministry. From January 22 the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation starts accepting applications from banks.

Within the framework of the session, the reports on the work done in 2017 and the tasks for 2018 were given by Aznakaevo, Aksubaevo and Nurlat municipal districts.

Thus, in Aznakaevo municipal district in 2017, applications to get loans amounted to 25.4 million rubles were submitted, 2 million 300 thousand rubles were received. In Aksubaevo municipal district 300 million rubles were received by OOO “Aksu Agro”.

At the end of the session, Rishat Khabipov noted that it was necessary to cooperate with authorized banks. He also ordered to present the register of potential lendees to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
