Concessional lending of investment projects in the sphere of cattle breeding discussed in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

Concessional lending of investment projects in the sphere of cattle breeding has been discussed in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, today.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Khazipov, specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, chiefs of local agricultural directorates, directors of Tatarstan farm hoseholds, as well as representatives of AO “Rosselkhozbank”, PAO “Sberbank”, AO “Ak Bars” Bank and PAO Bank VTB took part in the session.

Deputy Minister Nazip Khazipov gave a speech at the beginning of the session. He announced the tasks in the sphere of cattle breeding which were to be fulfilled within the next 3 years. “By 2020 we are to preserve the livestock population, to increase production in the sphere of cattle breeding and to unlock the genetic potential of a milking herd at the productivity of 6,000 kg a year”, - emphasized Nazip Khazipov.

According to the minister’s word, to fulfill all the tasks it is necessary to invest into milk cattle breeding and make it more mechanical.

Deputy Minister also spoke on branch supportive programs. “The federal support with compensation of 30% of expenses for construction of cattle breeding venues is valid through 2020 only”, - he said.

After that, Chief at the Finance Department Marsel Makhmutov and Chief at the Department of Investment Policy and Special Purpose Programs Ildar Gafurov gave their speeches. They informed the participants of the session about the documentation requirements for investment projects submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

At the end of the session, the participants discussed concessional lending of investment projects, credit terms, etc. and exchanged their opinion on the issues.
