Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov reported on the development of Tatarstan animal breeding for 2 months of 2015 at the session in the Tatarstan Government House today.

Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Nikolai Fedorov visited the exhibition of enterprises working in the sphere of Tatarstan foodstuff and processing industry in “Korston” (Kazan) today.

Today a meeting was held between the minister of agriculture and foodstuff of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov and Hungarian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Russian Federation Yanosh Balla.

A session, devoted to the issues of fishery development in the republic, was held in the FSBEI “Tatar Institute of Personnel Development” on March 2. It was chaired by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Khazipov.

Tomorrow, on February 28, agricultural fairs will open at 9 city sites in order to improve the provision of Tatarstan population with agricultural products and consumer goods.
