The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working to attract the younger generation to agricultural production and acquaintance with agricultural professions. As part of this work, agricultural departments in various areas organize excursions to farms and agricultural enterprises.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on October 19 in St. Petersburg on the state universal market “Khasansky”, in the premises of the agricultural hall, the traditional autumn festival “Harvest - 2019” will be held and the “Tatar Yard” will open its doors.
On October 15, a harvest festival was held in Aznakaevsky district. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, the head of the Aznakaevsky region Marcel Shaydullin and other honored guests.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that in 2020 the International Congress of Rural Youth will be held in Tatarstan. The Agrarian Youth Association of Tatarstan, which received a grant from the President of the Russian Federation in the amount of 3.6 million rubles, will organize the event.
At the Forum of Rural Initiatives, which was held by the Russian Union of Rural Youth (RURY) at the venue of the exhibition "Golden Autumn -2019", teams from 10 pilot villages presented the final business programs for the development of their territories.
Currently, work to create a protected brand of “green products with the aim of promoting them in the domestic and foreign markets is underway. Agricultural producers who have confirmed the conformity of their products to the established requirements will receive the right to place special designations of a single sample on the packaging.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium enterprises in rural areas. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their own business with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan, farmers and young entrepreneurs who are doing what they love in their native village. One of them is the Valiev family from the Tukaevsky district. In 2019, they received a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 200 thousand rubles by the republican program for the development of mini-farms.
On October 12, the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Bugulma district and met with the General Director of the EkoNiva agricultural holding Stefan Duerr.
