Forum of the Central Union of Consumer Cooperatives of the Russian Federation takes place in Kazan

A Forum of the Central Union of Consumer Cooperatives of the Russian Federation takes place in Kazan on April 20-22, 2017.

The program of the forum includes a number of business events, within the framework of which it is planned to discuss problems and prospects of development of consumer cooperatives. They are the conference called “Cooperatives and the economics of sustainable development. Challenges and solutions”, a session of the Committee on Cooperative Property Preservation and Working with Shareholders, a session of directors at consumer cooperatives of Volga Federal District, a session of the Russian Central Union, and the 146th meeting of representatives of consumer cooperatives of the Russian Federation.

Representatives of 70 Russian regions are going to participate in the forum. Among them there are representatives of governmental authorities, chairmen at consumer cooperatives, heads of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, non-governmental organizations and business alliances.

An exhibition fair of the products from cooperatives of the Russian Federation constituent entities will be held in the public garden in front of the Palace of Agriculturalists. Beside this, guests will be able to see quad and moto show, parachute-jumpers, a contest of culinary art, sport competitions, etc.
