Agricultural production ramp-up was discussed in Chistopol municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

A session devoted to agricultural records of municipal districts for 2016 and the plans for 2017 took place today in Chistopol today. It was chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov.

Heads of Aksubaevo, Alekseevskoe, Alkeevo, Novosheshminsk, Nurlat, Rybnaya Sloboda, Spasskoe, Cheremshan and Chistopol municipal districts, chiefs of local directorates for agriculture and food took part in the session.

Agricultural production ramp-up was discussed during the session. Special attention was paid to cultivation technologies, the system of crop protection, methods of cattle keeping and feeding, exploitation of machine and tractor fleet, etc.

Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov characterized each municipal district, spoke on their resources and opportunities to increase revenue form crop production and livestock breeding.
