In Tatarstan 237,600 tons of sugar have been produced from sugar beetroot harvest 2016

Sugar beetroot processing keeps going on in Tatarstan. Since the beginning of the season 1,729,200 tons of sugar beetroot have been brought to Tatarstan sugar plants, including 856,000 tons to OAO “Zainsk sakhar”, 620,100 tons to OOO “Buinsk sakhar”, 253,100 tons to ZAO “Nurlat sakhar”.

In total 1,616,300 tons of sugar beetroot have been processed at sugar plants, 237,600 tons of sugar have been produced, the sugar output is 14.4%.

In OAO “Zainsk sakhar” 130,000 tons of sugar have been produced, in OOO “Buinsk sakhar” – 74,800 tons, in ZAO “Nurlat sakhar” – 32,800 tons.
