In the republic of Tatarstan141,200 tons of sugar have been produced from sugar beetroot harvest 2016

Harvesting of sugar beetroot is finishing in Tatarstan. As of November 1 2016, 2,291,400 tons of sugar beetroot have been harvested from 63,100 ha (99.8% of the plan).

968,100 tons of sugar beetroot have been processed, 141,200 tons of sugar have been received, the sugar output is 14.3%.

1,392,400 tons of sugar beetroot have been distributed to sugar plants since the beginning of the season. 19,900 tons of sugar beetroot are preserved at plants daily.

In OAO “Zainsk sakhar” 84,400 tons of sugar have been produced, in OOO “Buinsk sakhar” – 40,000 tons, in ZAO “Nurlat sakhar” – 17,100 tons.
