Training center at CNH Industrial was opened in Naberezhnye Chelny

Today opening of the training center for construction, transport and agriculture specialists took place at CNH Industrial Plant in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Director General at CNH Industrial Fabritsio Chipollino, deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Naberezhnye Chelny Mayor Nail Magdeev took part in the opening ceremony.

In his opening speech Fabritsio Chipollino said: “We have been developing out plant since 2013. We produce tractors and combine harvesters here; we started dealing with construction machinery and equipment. We are ready to keep investing into this project because we believe in it and would like to develop the plant further”.

The new training center will let new employees of branch enterprises improve their skills in management and maintenance of special machinery and equipment and commercial transport. It is planned to train over 700 students every year here.

Marat Akhmetov also congratulated the participants of the event: “We are looking forward to signing the contract with you on receiving of the Russian manufacturer status concerning the production of tractor combine harvesters which will allow the plant to participate in programs of subsidizing. We hope that the work will be humming along here”, - noted Marat Akhmetov.

Within the opening ceremony representatives of CNH Industrial told the participants about the development prospects of training programs for branch specialists in Russia and the Baltics and the CIS, special training for students of technical higher education institutions and arranged an excursion to the production line of tractors, combine harvesters and front loaders.
