“Best in profession” contest among young Tatarstan AIC employees took place in Kazan

The contest of professional skills among young Tatarstan AIC employees “The best in profession” took place today. It consisted of 2 stages (theoretical and practical) and took place in Kazan State Academy for Veterinary Medicine named after N.E.Bauman and in Kazan State Agrarian University.

Young agricultural employees aged 18-35 came to Kazan from municipal districts of the republic in order to show their professional skills in the spheres of arable farming and animal breeding. This year 2 more nominations were added to the traditional 6 ones, namely “The best engineering mechanic” and “The best calf-woman”.

On the first stage the contestants did a test according to their specification. Questions devoted to the health and safety at production were also included. On the second stage the contestants had to demonstrate their professional skills.

All the contestants will be awarded with diplomas and testimonials. Winners will get certificates for 10,000, 8,000, and 6,000 rubles. Winners will go abroad to get professional training there.

The ceremonial awarding takes place on Saturday, October 31, at 10:00 in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
