Technical crops keep being harvested in Tatarstan

As of October 12 2015, 1,456,700 tons of sugar beet have been harvested from 42,300 ha in the republic, the average crop yield is 345 dt/ha.

6,700 ha of fields with sugar beet have been cleared in Buinsk municipal district, 6,000 ha – in Sarmanovo municipal district. The biggest average crop yield is in Zainsk municipal district – 415 dt/ha. In Tukaevo municipal district the average crop yield is also good – 385 dt/ha.

In the republic 6,100 ha with corn, 61,200 ha with ripe, 26,100 ha with sunflower have been thrashed. 26,500 tons of corn, 68,000 tons of ripe 38,800 tons of sunflower have been milled.

Tilling has been carried out on 1,632,000 ha in Tatarstan.
