Session on new approaches to budgeting 2016 was held in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

A session devoted to the issues of the budget support for Tatarstan AIC in 2016, was carried out yesterday in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was held by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ahkmetov.

Deputy ministers of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan, chiefs of departments of the ministry, heads of Tatarstan municipal districts’ administrations, directors of households and agricultural enterprises, peasant farm enterprises also participated in the session.

The main aim of the discussion was to increase efficiency of the budget support for agricultural producers, to outline new approaches to budgeting 2016.

The opening speech was given by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov.

After that the head of Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Anatoly Ivanov spoke on the ways of support for agricultural producers in personal subsidiary plots.

Director of “Vyatskiye Zori” Sergey Polynkin, Elabuga municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the suggestions of budget support in the sphere of crop growing.

Director of the peasant farm enterprise “Zemlyanki” Vladimir Appakov, Nizhniy Kamsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke on new approaches how to promote production of vegetables in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Chief of the Directorate for Agriculture and Food in Aktanysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Danif Kharisov and Director of AIC “Prodprogramma” of Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifat Mutigullin gave a report on “Efficiency of budget support in production of cattle breeding products”.

The second half of the session was devoted to the discussion of the plan on the implementation of the Strategy of social-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan on Economy and Agricultural Reforms Rishat Khabipov gave a report devoted to this issue.
