Subsidies will enable owners of private farm enterprises to open family farms

The subsidies for partial reimbursement of expenses at purchasing of a bred heifer are calculated on the basis of 15,000 rubles and no more than for 5 bred heifers in a farm enterprise. The subsidy rate is not to be bigger than a half of the amount for the cattle being purchased.

From 2016 provision of such subsidies will become systematic.

As in 2014, owners of private farm enterprises breeding goats and cows will get the lump sum support on the basis of 3,000 rubles for a cow and 1,000 rubles for a goat.
