55,900 tons of haylage and 17,600 tons of hay were preserved in Alreyevo municipal district of Tatarstan

In Alkeyevo municipal district of the republic the cattle population if 25,000 heads. 23,500 tons of fodder have been preserved to the cattle, in other words – 8.7 dt per animal.

55,900 tons of haylage and 17,600 tons of hay have been preserved in total.

By the present day there is not enough fodder for winter 2015-2016, but in agricultural enterprises they are reliant on the second mowing of perennial grasses, corn silage – after rains this crop started to grow, said the specialists of the local Directorate for agriculture and foodstuff.
