Tatarstan program on provision of grants to agricultural consumer cooperatives is endorsed

According to the data of the Department for Agricultural Development and Social Policy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, 8 regional programs providing grants for agricultural cooperatives are endorsed.

There was a session in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation devoted to the programs providing grants to consumer cooperatives for the development of material and technical foundation.

41 programs from constituent entities of the Russian Federation were sent to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

The programs were under consideration against the eligibility to the rules on provision and allocation of subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation as the grant support for agricultural consumer cooperatives for the development of material and technical foundation, endorsed by decree № 623 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated by June 24 of the current year.

8 regional programs (of the republics of Komi, Tatarstan, Sakha (Yakutia), Belgorod, Kostroma, Lipetsk, Tambov, Rostov Regions) are completely eligible to all entry criteria and are recommended for shortlisting.

33 regional programs are not eligible to the entry criteria partly or in full. They are recommended to bring the regional regulations and requirements into conformity with the criteria until July 10 2015.

This year 400 million rubles are expected to be allocated from the federal budget as grants with the aim to develop material and technical foundation of agricultural consumer cooperatives.
