Tender committee meeting on choosing the projects of farm households to provide grants for family cattle breeding farms’ development

 On June 11 of the current year there was a tender committee meeting to choose farm household projects receiving grants according to the federal program “Development of family animal farms on the basis of farm households in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2017”. The total amount of grants is 101,509,000 rubles, where 71,056,000 rubles are allocated from the federal budget, which is 70%.

 Out of 44 farm households participating in the contest, 41 farm households from 29 districts of the republic of Tatarstan got grants. 18 milk farms for 1,025 cows, 9 cattle farms for 800 animals, 7 poultry farms for 43 broilers, 108,000 layers, 10,000 ducks and 6,000 geese, 3 sheep farms for 1,500 sheep and 4 horse farms for 400 horses will be financed. The winners will get grants amounting to 800,000 – 3,900,000 rubles.

 Owing to the grants 33 family animal breeding farms will appear in the republic, as well as 848 heads of cattle (including 375 cows), 300 sheep, 80 horses and 126,000 poultry will be purchased additionally. 123 workplaces will be created.

Except all these, within the framework of the program mentioned above, to purchase agricultural equipment and machinery the winners of the contest will be able to apply for the contest of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on the program “Leasing grant”, which provides an opportunity to get reimbursement of the costs on the advance payment according to the leasing contract amounting to 70% from the total sum of the leasing contract but not more than 3 million rubles.
