On preceding day 110,000 ha have been sowed with spring crops in Tatarstan

The sowing campaign is taking pace in the republic. By May 7 530,100 ha have been sowed (110,000 ha per day).

396,000 ha have been sowed with spring crops, 25,500 ha – with pea, 251,300 ha – with barley, and 64,500 ha – with spring wheat. Sowing of sugar beet is 40% from the forecast (22,700 ha). 86,500 ha (32%) have been sowed with annual grasses and feed mixture.

On the preceding day in Tatarstan 3,305.5 tons of milk have been produced, which is by 131.1 tons more than it was last year. By the beginning of May the production capacity increased by 18 tons. The average daily milk yield per cow is 14.1 kg.
