Conference of Tatarstan Gardeners’ Association in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food the Republic of Tatarstan

On April 18 of the current year, the conference of Tatarstan Gardeners’ Association took place in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Chairman of the State Council Committee on Ecology, Natural Resource Management, Agricultural and Foodstuff Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan Takhir Khadeev, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Chief of Land and Property Relations Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Gruzhin, representatives of the Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disasters Response of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Directorate of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, representatives of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan, such organizations as “Net Company”, “Amelioration”, etc., took part in the conference.

Chairman of the Tatarstan Gardeners’ Association Vladimir Deinekin gave a speech, in which he reported on the work done.

According to his words there are 376,000 gardens with a total area of 28,000 ha. Gardening is especially well-developed in the suburbs of Kazan and some towns of the republic.

During the conference the following vital issues were touched upon: the absence of roads to gardens and the necessity to sign off external electric power lines the municipal authorities or the state unitary enterprise “Electric Network”. The problem of signing off electric power lines is currently being solved now: an inter-departmental commission is created, which consists of managers from the relevant ministries and offices, the same commission are created in municipal districts.

The issues of hard domestic waste disposal, property safe-keeping, public transport, collection of contributions, corporate raid, water supply, etc., were also discussed.

During the conference a new composition of management for the Tatarstan Gardeners’ Association was elected, Vladimir Deinekin was once again re-elected as a chairman. At the end of the event the conference draft resolution was adopted.
