Rustam Minnikhanov held a session with the working group of the National Council Panel of the Russian Federation

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a session with the working group of the National Council Panel of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

Rustam Minnikhanov is a chairman of the group. The session was devoted to the issue of improvement of the road network with the aim of complex development of territories across Russia.

The participants of the session discussed prospects of road development of the country, provision of rural settlements with hard-top roads, construction of new roads, etc.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that it was important to develop cooperation between the state and businessmen in the sphere of road construction, to seek for the opportunities to help regions in the development of the road network. In the opinion of t of the working group of the Russian National Council Panel it is impossible to save existing roads and to expand construction of new roads in the country without any changes in the legislative framework. It is necessary to take steps.
