Marat Zyabbarov spoke about course of the sowing campaign in Tatarstan
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of RT - Minister of Agriculture and Food Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov met with journalists at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
"Sowing this year passes under favorable weather conditions. Organization and quality of work are at the proper level. Everywhere there are high-quality grain and leguminous crops, "said Marat Zyabbarov, starting his speech from the sowing report.
Sowing territory in the Republic of Tatarstan this year is 2.8 million hectares. Security seeds today amount to 114% (396 thousand tons). They are almost completely conditioned (98.9%). Over 38% (400 thousand hectares) of spring cereals will be sown with original and elite seeds. Also we are fully provided with venerable seeds of corn, sunflower, rapeseed and sugar beet.
Winter crops are sown on an area of 552 thousand hectares. To date, their condition is assessed as good.
850 thousand hectares (85%) were sown with spring grain, incl. Oilseeds - 140 thousand hectares (55%) and sugar bumps - 47 thousand hectares (95%). High rates are in Nurlat district - 95%, Tetyush, Zainsky, Yutazinsky, Aksubayevsky districts (over 85%). In the coming days, they fully complete the sowing work.
In the sowing campaign 11 thousand tractors were involved, 5.8 thousand seeders, more than 6 thousand cultivators and 726 sowing complexes in an aggregate with energy-saturated tractors.
The basis of obtaining high yields of farm crops are mineral fertilizers. They not only increase yield, but also improve its quality: the content of sugars, fats and proteins increases, as well as biologically active substances. Over 72 kg of a.i./ ha, which is 12 kg more than last year. For example, Zainsky and Tetyusky districts have accumulated more than 115 kg of a.i./ ha, Menzelinsky and Sarmanovsky - about 110kg/ha.
The state support in 2021 is 12.6 billion rubles, including: 3.8 billion rubles - from the federal budget and 8.8 billion rubles - from the budget of the republic.
3.5 billion subsidies were brought to spring-field work from the budget.
For agrarians there is a possibility of preferential lending at a rate of from 1 to 5% per year. In the republic for 2021 there is a limit of subsidies in the amount of 689.6 million rubles.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded that there is a real opportunity for agricultural producers to carry out stable activity, predicting revenues, without fear of adverse weather conditions. This is especially important for regions of risky agriculture, which includes the republic. The size of the insured areas of winter crops under yield 2021 is 88 thousand hectares. For example, for losses in 2019, the Red East received an insurance indemnity in the amount of 120 million rubles.
For the spring-field work the Agrarians are provided with a diesel fuel. Total need is 70 thousand tons. There is an agreement with PJSC Tatneft on the vacation of diesel fuel to agricultural producers of the republic at a price of 48,500 rubles / tt, the agricultural producers save about 6 rubles / kg).
