Spring field work has begun in the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of this week, 5 thousand hectares of winter crops, 1.5 thousand hectares of perennial grasses have been fed. The massive start of field work is planned from the second half of April. Such data was presented today at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was also attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
According to the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the condition of winter crops is assessed as good (problem areas are about 3%, or 16 thousand hectares).
Marat Zyabbarov said that 181 thousand tons of active ingredient, or 66.0 kg of ai / ha (with a plus of 12.8 kg of ai / ha, or 24%, by 2020) of mineral fertilizers have been accumulated today.
He specified that 13 districts have reached (on average in the district) accumulation of 70 kg of ai / ha. Zainsky and Sarmanovsky districts have already accumulated 108 kg of ai / ha, Menzelinsky and Tetyushsky - 106 kg each. Good volumes have been accumulated in the following districts: Atninsky - 89; Tukaevsky - 88; Buinsky - 87; Muslyumovsky - 82; Nurlatsky - 80; Baltasinsky - 79; Sabinsky - 77; Aksubaevsky - 76; Chistopolskiy - 72 kg a.i. / ha.
At the same time, the Agryz District has accumulated only 11 kg of ai / ha, Zelenodolsk - 39, Almetyevsky - 45, Tyulyachinsky - 46, Cheremshansky - 47, Laishevsky - 48 kg of ai / ha.
“The task of accumulating 70 kg of ai / ha of mineral fertilizers is relevant for everyone. I ask the districts, farms that have not yet accumulated sufficient volume, to direct the received subsidies to the maximum for the purchase of mineral fertilizers”, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan addressed the heads of municipal districts.
He also dwelled on the issues of preparing equipment for the upcoming field work. Thus, in all districts of the republic, acceptance of the machine and tractor fleet for spring field work was held. In the farms, the aggregation of agricultural machines and the passage of the state technical inspection of self-propelled equipment and trailers were finished.
The farms of Aktanysh, Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Sarmanovsky, Sabinsky, Zainsky, Kukmorsky, Mamadyshsky, Tetyushsky, Tukayevsky districts showed good state.
Agricultural formations of Aksubaevsky, Almetyevsky, Bavlinsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky, Mendeleevsky districts need to fix the situation in a short time.
There is a shortage in the agricultural machinery market - due to the increase in metal prices, exchange rates, as well as due to the difficult coronavirus situation abroad - the delivery times of components for agricultural machinery enterprises are being delayed. Taking into account this problem, meetings with all regional dealers were held in February and March, thanks to which it was possible to accelerate the delivery of agricultural machinery to the republic.
Farms are actively updating their equipment. In the 1st quarter, about 1200 units of equipment worth more than 4 billion rubles have already been purchased.
This year we must not slow down the pace of renewal. The task is to purchase at least 450 tractors, 150 grain harvesters, 50 forage harvesters and other agricultural equipment, the minister said.
Farms of Aktanyshsky, Atninsky, Arsky, Baltasinsky, Menzelinsky, Sabinsky, Tukayevsky, Tetyushsky districts are actively modernizing their machine and tractor fleets, annually purchasing equipment for 100-150 million rubles.
According to Marat Zyabbarov, the success of a sowing campaign is directly related to the correct organization of work on the ground. To maximize the potential of energy-intensive tractors, there must be 2-shift work.
He asked to keep labor safety issues under special control: employees should be provided with overalls, personal protective equipment and receive appropriate instructions.
With favorable weather conditions, the potential of the equipment allows to carry out sowing work within two weeks (100 thousand hectares per day - 1.5 million hectares of spring sowing plan), the minister said.
Speaking about the situation to ensure measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan said: at all enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, the precautions recommended by Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan are strictly observed. Special access to workplaces has been established, measures are being taken to monitor the health condition of workers. All organizations are provided with personal protective equipment and disinfectants. “To ensure uninterrupted work during coronavirus, I ask the heads of agro-industrial complex organizations and regional health organizations to work together in this direction,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
