Houses for agricultural workers are being built in Pestrechinsky district
In the village of Kulaevo, Pestrechinsky district, housing is being built for workers of one of the district's agricultural enterprises. The size of houses ranges from 62 to 90 square meters. Now there are the last preparations for the settlement - interior decoration of buildings. The facilities will be commissioned by the end of December.
The application for participation in the program was submitted by Rail Galyamov, the head of the Agrolak-K LLC farm.
“I need workers for the farm. The availability of housing will be an additional incentive for them to work in our organization. Families will move in in January. They will pay for the rent of the house, and in 5-10 years they will be able to buy it back under the program at a low cost. These are the first houses that are being built in our area under this program, ”he said.
One of these families is the Nureyev family. Almost the entire family is employed at the Agrolak-K farm.
“We are very happy to be moving into our own home soon. We are currently renting a house. And the new house will be rented for the first time, and then we will acquire ownership ”, - Aigul Nurieva shares her impressions.
