Introduction of cattle identification was discussed in Arsk

Today, in the Arsk region, a zonal seminar-meeting on digitalization of dairy farming at the basic farms of the Republic of Tatarstan was held, with the participation of Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, Head of the Main Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khisamutdinov, Head of Arsk District Ilshat Nuriev, heads and specialists of departments agriculture, veterinary associations, managers and specialists of basic farms from 8 regions of the republic.

The seminar addressed the issues of increasing the economic efficiency of livestock production through the introduction of advanced technologies. Thus, the preliminary results of the implementation of digital programs in dairy farming were summed up.

Gelus Bayazitov told about the state of implementation of the program for herd management, feeding and identification of livestock at farms. He noted that in six months, the herd management program was installed at 37 farms, which is 90% of the total.

The installed programs are varied both in content and in suppliers. Most of the farms - 25 out of 37 units (68%) have installed the Daire Comp system. 6 enterprises work with AlPro, DelPro, 3 Afifarm units. There is also Dary Plan, 1C-concept and Uniform Global.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov emphasized the importance of introducing digital programs in dairy farming.

“In each district, pilot farms for the introduction of digital technologies have been identified,” said Lenar Garipov. “Based on their experience, these technologies will be introduced at other farms.

The event continued with a practical part in the village of Sheka, at the livestock farm of OOO Severny. Here, they showed the process of preparation and distribution of feed using the DTM system, the organization of herd reproduction, the technology of raising heifers up to 6 months, identification of animals with unified numbers and their registration in the system RegAgro.
