At the end of 2017, an agricultural consumer supply and marketing cooperative "Barakat" was created in the Aznakaevsky district, aimed at collecting raw milk, cooling it, processing and marketing. The initiator of its creation was Ramis Sakhapov. The idea was supported by Ramis's brothers - Rustam and Ruslan. Another not indifferent and knowledgeable person, Farit Mullakayev, joined the cooperative. And the brothers were inspired by the opportunity to receive grant support from the state. And the cooperators of "Barakat" achieved what they wanted by winning competitions of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Barakat used state support in strict accordance with the approved business plan. The cooperative has united 110 shareholders - 83 personal subsidiary and 27 peasant farms. Shareholders make an annual share contribution in the amount of 1000 rubles and membership fees - in proportion to the services provided. In the cooperative, 5 jobs were created. The volume of products against the plan of 967 tons amounted to 1416 tons for the three quarters of this year. The revenue also exceeded the planned figure of 27.4 million rubles.

The agricultural cooperative built a milk processing workshop, purchased and installed equipment for the acceptance of raw materials and quality control. The cooperative has 3 milk tankers, two coolers - for 5 and 10 tons, and an ice maker. Also there is a laboratory, accounting. At present, the cooperative buys up to 15 tons of milk per day.

The purchase price of milk has seasonal fluctuations. One thing is invariable: the cooperative purchases raw materials from shareholders 10% more expensive than from other agricultural producers.

“Our population is happy, the cooperative pays for the production on time, the last price for a liter of milk was 21 rubles,” said Aigul Mingazova, secretary of the Sarly rural settlement, “and in October, it was 22 rubles".

There are three settlements in Sarly - the villages of Sarly, Bulyak and the village of Suyunduk. There are 270 dairy cows in 421 households.

In addition, shareholders have an opportunity to receive interest-free loans from the cooperative, as well as purchase feed at prices below market prices.

"Barakat" sells its products mainly to wholesale buyers - in Almetyevsky, Muslyumovsky, Aznakaevsky and Bugulminsky regions.

“We dream of increasing purchases and processing of products up to 30 tons per day,” says Ramis Sakhapov, chairman of the board. - At the same time, we plan to involve 140-150 shareholders in the cooperative. To do this, it is necessary to pave the way for retail chains, as well as participate and win tenders for the supply of dairy products to budgetary institutions - schools, kindergartens, etc.
