Marat Zyabbarov: This year the harvesting of sugar beets was organized at a high level
In the Republic of Tatarstan, 105 thousand hectares of sunflower, or 88% of the total area of this crop, were harvested. 172 thousand tons were harvested with an average yield of 16.5 c / ha. Such data was presented today at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that despite the favorable weather, in a number of regions, sunflower harvesting is delayed. So, unharvested areas of sunflower are located in farms of Aznakaevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Verkhneuslonsky districts.
Reporting on the situation with harvesting of corn for grain, Marat Zyabbarov said that today 45%, or 20 thousand hectares, have been harvested. 104 thousand tons were harvested. 25 thousand hectares of the areas are to be removed. Agricultural enterprises with the largest uncleared areas are located in Alkeevsky, Zelenodolsky, Alekseevsky, Verkhneuslonsky districts.
Further, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the progress of harvesting sugar beet.
Thus, the harvesting of sugar beets is completed. It remains to harvest 1.6 thousand hectares. “This year, the harvesting of sugar beets was organized at a high level,” said Marat Zyabbarov. "This was facilitated by the weather itself, as well as the interest and organization of investment campaigns." To date, 2.1 million tons have been dug from the harvested areas (47.6 thousand hectares) with an average yield of 440 c / ha. Sugar beet is a highly profitable crop, the minister said.
The planned delivery of sugar beets to processing plants is underway. More than 960 thousand tons of beets were transported. The factories process over 14 thousand tons per day. 107 thousand tons of granulated sugar were produced. The sugar yield is 15.8 (an increase of 1% against last year).
Speaking about autumn tillage, Marat Zyabbarov said: autumn tillage was carried out on an area of about 1.7 million hectares, or 94% of the total volume. Half of them are processed with subsoilers. “We have completed the processing of fall plows in 30 districts. More than 90% of the forecasted areas were plowed up in Spassky, Novosheshminsky, Nizhnekamsky, Laishevsky, Zelenodolsky, Kukmorsky districts. At this rate, they still need a week of work, ”he said.
According to the minister, there are still three problems, where plowing of fall plowing is still to be done on 20-30% of the area: in the Alkeevsky district - 6 thousand hectares, in Agryz - 14 thousand hectares, in Verkhneuslonsky - 10 thousand hectares.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on how agricultural machines are being put into winter storage and the organization of repairs in the republic. So, from November 9 to 13, it is planned to receive the equipment for storage and organize autumn-winter repairs, special attention will be paid to the working conditions of the repair personnel. In winter, 11,000 tractors, 2,800 harvesters and more than 80% of the farm machinery fleet are to be restored. About 3.5 billion rubles are annually spent on spare parts.
“I ask the heads of farms and agricultural holdings, in order to reduce the cost of repairs, timely carry out troubleshooting of the entire fleet, place orders and make the most of the warm weather for the repair of agricultural machines,” said Marat Zyabbarov. -
Last Wednesday, with the participation of the heads of departments and investors, we held a video conference meeting on the issues of bringing incentive subsidies for the purchase of mineral fertilizers. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov made a decision to allocate additional funds for these purposes this year. This subsidy can be claimed by agricultural formations that confirm the purchase from January 1 to November 15 of at least 35 kg of ai / ha of fertilizers and comply with a 5-year cycle of agrochemical surveys. If the first condition is an admission to this budget support, then the main indicator is the accumulation of 50 kg of fuel consumption per hectare, of which 40 kg - at their own expense. Otherwise, sanctions will be applied to farms that do not meet this indicator. Second, there will be a multiplying coefficient for the creation of stationary mortar units. Mortar units have proven their effectiveness in practice. They must comply with the requirements developed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan."
