In 2020, 110 houses and 524 improvement facilities will be built in Tatarstan within the state program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas"
The progress of housing construction and landscaping as part of the implementation of the state program for the development of rural areas was discussed today at a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov in a videoconference with the heads of Executive Committees of the municipal districts of Tatarstan.
“This year, according to the new State Program “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories of the Republic of Tatarstan”, 310.9 million rubles will be allocated for the construction of housing under a lease agreement and 1,155.3 million rubles for landscaping. In 2020, it is necessary to build 110 houses and 524 improvement objects, ”Marat Zyabbarov emphasized.
To date, the issue of making an agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on housing rent is being resolved. After that, agreements will also be concluded with the municipalities and auctions will be announced. In this regard, it is necessary, without waiting for the auctions, to begin construction and installation work at the expense of the employer (19%).
As for the improvement of the territories, the agreements with the regions are ready. The facilities are to be built this year, and the funds are disbursed by the end of the year.
“Most of construction and installation work can be carried out without waiting for a contract. It is necessary to intensify work at the facilities and use the allocated funds, without delaying until the new year, ”the minister said.
At the end of the meeting, heads of districts reported on the state of construction and financing of infrastructure facilities in rural areas.

The State Program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas" is designed for the period up to 2025. The total amount of funding for the state program in 2020 - 2025 is about 2.3 trillion rubles, including 1 trillion rubles from the federal budget. The state program provides the implementation of measures aimed at increasing the welfare and employment of the rural population, maintaining its share in the total population of the country, creating comfortable living conditions, including the development of water supply and sanitation systems, communications and telecommunications, increasing the level of gasification, creating affordable conditions for obtaining social services in education and health care, as well as improving the quality of road infrastructure.
