The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district this afternoon. The main purpose of the trip was to get acquainted with the progress of harvesting and the operational situation in the fields of the republic. During the working trip, he was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
While inspecting the fields of the region, Rustam Minnikhanov assessed the situation in the fields near the village of Syukeevo, the village of Baltachevo, the village of Saltyganovo, the village of Kamskoye Ustye (LLC "A / f" Narmonka "JSC Tatagroleasing).
On the field of winter rye near the Kamskoye Ustye, Rustam Minnikhanov met with heads of farms, investors and heads of settlements of the Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district. He talked with combine harvesters, learned about the working conditions of the villagers and the prospects for the harvest.
An exhibition of products of agricultural producers of the Kamsko-Ust'insky municipal district was also organized here, grain crops and crop products grown by local farmers were presented.
As reported by the head of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal district Nail Vazykhov, today 43% of grain has been harvested in the region, the average yield is 30.7 c / ha.
The President of Tatarstan, in turn, noted that the region has a huge potential. After visiting the exhibition of agricultural producers, he appreciated products such as locally produced cheeses, as well as grapes grown here.
The Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, answering the questions of Rustam Minnikhanov, said that in many areas the region is good to catch up, including in crop production. At the same time, he clarified that this year many farms in the region are actively working on agricultural machinery and livestock, as well as on the use of modern technologies.
“Colleagues are ahead, and besides harvesting there is sowing,” said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. - We cannot wait a single day. The preparation of the plow is also at the very beginning, and this is a large volume. As for applications for grants and startups, this year the district won 7 grants. We need to work more actively to participate in programs".
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, speaking about the implementation of republican programs, instructed to use only proven contractors - especially for the construction of social facilities, in order to receive maximum quality result and hand over the facilities on time.
Rustam Minnikhanov also urged everyone to comply with all safety measures in connection with the coronavirus pandemic. He recalled that in Tatarstan they had already learned to live and work in new sanitary and epidemiological conditions, but asked not to relax. “Please be very disciplined, maintain social distance and use personal protective equipment,” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
