A seminar on innovative technologies in agriculture was held in Kukmorsky district

12 August 2020, Wednesday

On August 11, in the Kukmor region on the basis of the agricultural enterprise "Toyma", a seminar was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov on innovative technologies in agriculture. The event was attended by heads of districts, heads of agricultural departments, heads and agronomists of farms.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov spoke about the important components of successful farming. He paid special attention to soil cultivation systems that ensure the preservation of productive moisture. It was announced that the prospect of the plant growing industry in combining technological processes is 5 in 1: pre-sowing treatment, fertilization, sowing, application of biological preparations and rolling.

The participants of the seminar were also able to evaluate the line of advanced equipment in their work. Thus, a visual comparative analysis of the operation of a conventional combine and the first in the republic new combine with a Russian-made Ozone header was carried out.

On equal parts of the field, the combine is operating at a higher speed and with better quality than a combine using traditional threshing technology. Unlike a traditional header, which mows at the root and leaves the field without any vegetation, the stripper header leaves crop residue. This high stubble is of great value in terms of soil protection. Retention of moisture in the soil due to the retention of snow cover, protection of the soil from direct sunlight are the most important advantages of the stripping method. Tall stubble provides an ideal no-till environment and is often used in rotations.

Ildus Gabdrakhmanov continued about soil biologization and yield indicators in fields with a no-till system from 2011 to 2019.

During the seminar, the priorities for 2021 were also announced to increase the efficiency of arable land and the efficiency of the farming industry:

1. Optimization of technological operations (5 in one);

2. Management of crop formation (equipping with self-propelled sprayers);

3. Increasing the effectiveness of protective measures (equipping with mortar units).

Rimma Ibatullina, director of NPI Biopreparat, spoke about the role of microorganisms in the restoration of soil biota. And the chief agronomist of OOO Toima, Munir Galimzyanov, focused on the methods of saturating the soil with beneficial microorganisms. The director of the enterprise Razyap Galiev shared his experience in working with the 5-in-1 and No-Till sowing technology.

The agricultural enterprise "Toyma" is actively introducing advanced technologies. Niyaz Khaliullin, Director General of RIVC, spoke about digital technologies that allow analyzing, building the most effective management of an agricultural enterprise and increasing profitability.
