People of labor: Honored agronomist of Zainsky district received a car and the medal "100 years of TASSR"
Today, the hero of our column “People of Labor”, in which we write about ordinary people who have earned honor and respect with their daily work, is Raif Gumarovich Valeev, who has worked in the crop industry for more than 59 years.
For many years of fruitful work, the honored agronomist of the Republic of Tatarstan Raif Gumerovich was awarded the state award - the medal "For Valiant Labor". He was also awarded the Medal “100 Years of the TASSR” and received a Renault Duster car as a gift. Razif Karimov, the head of Zainsky district, handed him the awards.
Raif Valeev was born on September 28, 1940 in the village of Nizhnye Luzi, Zainsky District, Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. All his labor activity is connected with the agriculture of his native region. From the age of 16 he began working as a laborer on the Ilshat collective farm. After serving in the army, he became the foreman of the collective farm "Alga". From 1971 to the present, he is an agronomist on the farms of the region.
Raif Gumerovich has outstanding organizational skills. Under his leadership, new technologies are being introduced into society, new promising varieties of grain crops, chemical protection of crops, and organic and mineral fertilizers are widely used. The production complex "Aksarino" holds a leading position among the agricultural firms of the region.
The farm, where Raif Gumarovich Valeev works, annually achieves high rates. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the yield of grain crops in recent years has been more than 56 c / ha, and sugar beets are 608 c / ha, and 93 215 tons of grain have been produced.
Raif Valeev is not only a master of his craft, but also a mentor for young specialists working in the agricultural company after graduating from higher and secondary special educational institutions.
It is gratifying that in Zainsky district, great attention is paid to working people who, through their daily work, make a great contribution to food security and the development of agriculture in the region and the republic.
